These are Dillo's large-scale public art works. The earlier installations were made from 4 lb. test blue monofilament, and later instsallations made from metallic copper embroidery thread. The line is strung 1/16th of an inch apart to create sheer walls of light and line. The installations are lit either by artificial lighting or daylight, depending on their setting. Bands of light play across the sheer surfaces of the line.
