Dillo continues to explore the combination of light and paper in her most recent series Light Boxes. These works are comprised of LED strip lights, paper that has been pierced by a pin, and frosted plexiglass. The paper is spaced from the light and the frosted plexiglass in such a way that the light marks becomes three-dimensional: visible on the surface of the paper as well as on the surface of the plexiglass. These works are dynamic, twinkling as the viewer moves from left to right in front of a piece.
